Fallowfield Vehicle Deliveries are looking to increase our pool of reliable trade plate, vehicle delivery and collection drivers. This is a self-employed driver role, where you will benefit from in-house training with our dedicated transport support team. Duties will involve safely collecting, inspecting, and delivering vehicles on trade plates from various locations nationwide across the UK, completing a quality appraisal using a handheld device for Proof of Collection (POC) and Proof of Delivery (POD) inspections.

Day to Day duties

You will be required to plan your own travel between drop off and collection, by using public transport. Applicants should have a good knowledge of the UK roads and a full UK driving licence with no more than three points is essential. You must be self-motivated and able to communicate well with others.

This is a client facing position which will require good customer service skills alongside all relevant experience.

TPD Requirements / Checklist

Have no more than three points on your licence
Aged 35 and above (for insurance criteria)
Must have a good understanding of the UK road network.
Smart appearance and excellent customer service skills
An ability to plan routes by driving, and using public transport is essential, as all drivers are expected to make their own way in-between jobs.
Full or Part-time to suit availability.
Experience is not essential, but you must have good customer service skills.
Competitive Industry rates of pay for both inspections and collections.
Off road parking is essential, i.e., garage/driveway at your registered address.
